One of the hardest challenges in business may be the act of having to say “no”.

After all, you’re grateful for the referral and you wish you could help them, but maybe it’s just not something you can take on right now or it’s not in your wheelhouse.
It can be hard to say no to a prospect but if it's not a good fit, both of you may end up miserable.
Thinking of what’s truly in the best interest of your customers will make it a lot easier to “disappoint” them.
In the long run, saying “No” will help them find the help they truly need, and will allow you to fully focus on the clients that ARE a good fit, and who you actually CAN help to the fullest.
It may feel hard at first, but know that at the end of the day, you are doing both parties a huge favor!
